Q: What form of payment does OE Lighting accept?

A: OE Lighting accepts COD ($12/box fee), credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express), and Open Account at this time.

Q: How soon does my order ship after it is placed?

A: All orders received by 4pm (CST) M-F will ship the same day.

Q: Where is OE Lighting located?

A: We have a fulfillment center located in Chicago, IL.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Ground shipping is free on all non-COD orders to the contiguous United States. OE lighting pays for the ground shipping; however FedEx Standard Overnight and 2day is paid by the customer. FedEx Standard Overnight and 2day costs vary depending on the weight of the lamp and its destination. Before you complete checkout, you will be able to see the shipping charges for these two options.

Q: How long will the headlamp take to arrive?

A: Please refer to the FedEx Ground Time in Transit map at OELighting.com by clicking on the Shipping Info link at the top of the page.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: After your order is shipped, you will receive an order shipment notification email, which will contain your tracking number and a link to the FedEx website. Your tracking information can also be found under My Account once you are logged into OELighting.com.

Q: Do OE Lighting's headlamps come with a warranty?

A: Yes, all OE Lighting headlamps come with a one year warranty. The one year warranty period begins the day of the order is placed. OE Lighting's headlamps are brand new original equipment manufactured, and we stand behind their quality.

Q: What is OE Lighting's return policy?

A: OE Lighting will refund or replace any returns initiated within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. After 30 days from the purchase date, OE Lighting can only send a replacement lamp for warranty work up to 1 year from the purchase date and will not be able to do a monetary refund.

Q: How can I check my order history?

A: Please sign into your account and then go to the My Account link to see all of your order history and contact information.

Q: What type of headlamps does OE Lighting sell?

A: OE Lighting sells only brand new genuine OEM headlamps.

Q: What is included in the headlamp assembly?

A: OE Lighting's headlamps are complete assemblies according to the original equipment manufacturer and includes all components a dealer's assembly would include.

Q: Does OE Lighting keep a back log to know when certain units were in stock?

A: No, OE Lighting only shows products that are currently in stock.
